Amendment XVI To The Constitution of the United States
Passed by Congress July 2, 1909. Ratified February 3, 1913.
Note: Article I, section 9, of the Constitution was modified by amendment 16.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

1) This is the question; Knowing the Republicans have spent more than $59B, with a "B", of taxpayer money to hold 45 votes to repeal the Affordable Care Act in Congress, is it acceptable to continue to have our elected officials spend our money, and waste time, while not doing anything to actually benefit the people?

2)  Is it acceptable for these Representatives to again waste the taxpayers time and money putting forth resolutions that have a 0% chance of getting out of committee, much less being enacted, or past?
